Online Teleconferencing Considerations

・The latest Zoom client as of today is Version 5.0.3 (24951.0515)..  Please go to https://zoom.us/download#client_4meeting in order to download the latest version.  Using older clients will prevent connecting to Zoom meetings starting May 30.

・Do not forward the file / folder-sharing / teleconferencing invite links.

・Do not take photos of the monitor screen or screen-captures.

・Please use identifiable names when entering Zoom-based meetings.
