We would like to inform our parents/guardians about the start date of the 3rd year of Reiwa.

The start date of the first trimester of the 3rd year of Reiwa is Saturday, April 10, 2021.

・ Opening ceremony (class unit) 9: 00 ~  Elementary 2-6, Middle 2-3, High 2, Japanese 2-5

・ Entrance ceremony (middle and high school) 9: 10-9: 40 Middle 1, High 1, parents

・ Entrance ceremony (elementary school, Japanese language department) 10: 00-10: 30 Elementary 1, Japanese 1, parents

・ Kindergarten opening ceremony & Entrance ceremony 11: 00-11: 20 Kindergarten children, parents

All events are done online. These invitation links will be delivered separately.

Before the start date, the homeroom teacher will be announced according to the following procedure:

・ April 7 (Wednesday) Vice-principal announces homeroom teacher and class list to parents

・ April 8 (Thursday), the homeroom teacher will contact the parents

・ April 9 ​​(Friday) Preliminary day to confirm whether the email has arrived *If there is no notification by the day before the start date, please contact the Arlington office (info@jlsboston.org).
